Q: How do I add “Malware Remediation and Monitoring” if I only have WAF or an Affiliate account?

Answer: We would be happy to get your account updated for you. Please open a support general ticket.

Q: I bought the wrong plan, now what?

Answer: Not a problem we can get everything correct for you with a general support ticket.

Q: I didn’t authorize auto renewal. Why wasn’t I notified prior to charging me?

Answer: We do send out reminders prior to the renew to the email registered with us, if you’re not seeing it, it’s likely in your spam folder. If you don’t want to renew, no worries, we will refund you the money. Like we mentioned above, just open a ticket in our system and our team will take care of this right away.

Q: What am I being charged for?

Answer: You are probably being charged for the renewal of the plan you signed up with us. For more details on your account, check here.

Q: Can I change out websites throughout the year of service?

Answer: You can change the sites that are being monitored but not the sites that were submitted for clean up.
